Staff with a childcare and educational qualification equivalent to NVQ level 3
Over 1 year quality experience in a current childcare of EYFS curriculum
An understanding of EYFS curriculum
An understanding of play based approach to children's learning and developments
An understanding of a "key person" role in a childcare setting, awareness of health and safety policies and procedures
Knowledge of child protection procedures

We also welcome staff that have no experience as we offer training and professional development at Little Jems nursery.
